Can a prepaid verizon Iphone 4s be unlocked and used on tmobile?

I have a tmobile account and was woundering if I can take a prepaid verizon Iphone 4s and it be unlocked and used for my tmobile contract account

No. T-Mobile uses GSM network. Verizon uses CDMA network on their cell phones. So you can't use any Verizon cell phone on T-Mobile. However A T&T also uses GSM network like T-Mobile. So if you have a A T&T unlock cell phone then you can use it on T-Mobile network.

T-Mobile and AT&T both use GSM (sim cards). Sprint and Verizon use CDMA which is built in to the phone (no sim cards). You can unlock an AT&T iPhone to work on T-Mobile but it's almost pointless. The phone will work but it will be slow. T-Mobile and AT&T do not use the same network frequencies.

The iPhone 4s is actually a WORLD phone capable of being used on any GSM or CDMA network

there's NO SUCH THING as a prepaid iPhone 4s though, the iPhone 4s is $649.99 either locked to Verizon, or factory unlocked directly through Apple

and if you use it with T-Mobile, you will be limited to Edge (2g) speeds as the phone isn't compatible with T-Mobile's 3g/4g frequencies.

No, it will not work cos verizon is cdma.
