Can a screen protector overheat my iPhone?
I recently purchased a tempered glass screen protector off eBay. Ever since I've had it on my phone, I've noticed my phone has been getting overheated. The overheating is also causing my battery to drain relatively quickly. My phone has never had a problem with overheating. Is it just a coincidence or is my screen protector actually overheating my phone?
Never heard of one doing that, but have heard of phone cases overheating phones cause of no air getting between the case n phone
Its the phone case that causing it to overheat, Not the tempered glass protector, i have both on my phone, and don't experience overheating!
No it is not the screen protector. The battery is overheating because something is running or the battery is faulty. Or you are playing a game or chatting with pics, video chatting with an app that is causing the cpu work harder and the screen is on constantly. This will drain the battery and cause some phones to get hot, depending on the game/app
