Can a teen pay for Wi-Fi at home?

Me and my dad moved somewhere else. Now I don't have Wi-Fi, I have a iPhone 5. But that eats up my data to fast. He said that it'd be cheaper to pay for Wi-Fi. But he hasn't looked into it. So I want to play Xbox live and browse the web without being on a limit. I get 60$ a month for doing good in school from my mom. She lives somewhere else. So I decided to pay for my own Wi-Fi.

Question is: If I live in California, could I pay for AT&T home Wi-Fi? Or something else?

AT&T's service is pretty good. Its around your sixty dollars, and when you purchase it, it comes with a router/modem combo. You may need to hire someone to install it.research AT&T and get a quote.

  • Where can I watch teen wolf season 3 on my iPhone? I know they're only a few episodes into season 3, is there any place I could watch them on my iPhone? (don't tell me to get the MTV app. When I tried watching them it says I need to login with my cable provider and since I'm 16 I don't pay cable so I can't lol.)

  • Verizon upgrade fee? Can I pay at the store or do I have to pay it the next bill? I plan on upgrading my phone and renewing my contract next month in January. I plan on getting the iPhone 5s. I'm on this family plan with one line. Is there's an activation fee that I have to pay? Can I pay the upgrade fee at the store while purchasing the new phone? Or do I have to pay it on the next bill?
  • Is there an iPhone app to go to the home screen? My Home button isn't working well? IIm afraid my home button will completely stop working soon enough, and i don't currently have money to replace it. I really only need the home function, but it would be really nice if it also had a screenshot function (because screenshots need the home + lock combo) Edit: If it makes any difference, my phone is an iPhone 3GS (old, lol) and has iOS 6.1.6.
