Can always charging your IPhone 5s battery be bad?
I have OCD when it comes to my battery. Before I leave it always has to be on 100 so I'm always plugging it in to charge. Could this be bad for the battery like should I just leave it if it's say at 76?
Yes, it is bad for your battery. It will make the battery weaker and weaker until it can barely hold a charge. Its best to let it die completely then recharge it. If you have a phone that allow you to buy new batteries like most Android phones go nuts! But if you own like an iPhone or HTC One i would slow down because with thoses phones it more than just buying a new battery and putting it in.
Old laptop, you had to let it drain. Newer battery not so bad. Bottom line is you should do what you got to do since if it makes significant difference then it would be frequently on news and apple will be liable for not making replaceable battery.
- Will charging my iPhone battery on full brightness increase battery length? If I adjust it to full brightness while charging and once charged 100% adjust it back to a dimmer screen will this increase the battery's life span?
- Why am I always partially charging my iphone 5? I have the app Battery Doctor and it says I partially charge my iPhone all the time… It says I will charge it for 3 minutes then unplug the iPhone. I only charge my phone at night so I never unplug it until the morning. Does anybody know what's going on?
