Can an AT&T iPhone 4S be switched to a different company?
Monday I found an AT&T iPhone 4S. I tried to get ahold of somebody that may of owned the phone, but had no luck. The phone was left on with minutes up till today. I was wondering if I could switch the phone over to a different company and use it as my own, or if it is just useful as an iPod now. I just wasn't sure because it is a contract phone and because it is technically not mine.
If its reported lost or stolen it will be blacklisted and useless as a phone.
it can be use as a ipod touch.

- Will my iPhone factory reset if I put a different company SIM card in it to see if it works I got a sprint iPhone 5c and used it on the boost mobile network. Now I got a new phone because I hated the boost network and switched over to metro pcs. A couple days ago I put the metro pcs sim card in the iPhone and it went to the opening screen like it reset everything. So I took it out and just put the boost sim card back in it and it went back to normal. If I put the metro pcs sim card in the iPhone will it reset everything because I don't want to lose everything on my iPhone.
- What used iphone company could be switched to a virgin mobile plan? I want to get with virgin mobile so badly, but imtrying to buy a used iphone 32 gb 4s, what company can i use verizon, att or sprint or t mobile r will i have to shell out the cash for a used virgin mobile phone?
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- Iphone 3gs got switched off while jailbreaking and not getting switched on? I have jailbreaked my iphone 3gs with redsnow. During the last step of process in DFU mode or installing cydia it got switched off suddenly. And i tried to switch on it again. But it is not getting switched on. What is the solution for it.
