Can an iPad be used to develop an iPad and iPhone application?

I'm not a professional programer, but I've made couple good applications via vb, now I want to jamb to apple, the first question is can I buy an ipad and start with instead of a macbook?

Apple's development guidelines ban apps of this type from the store, so no you unfortunately can't use the iPad to make iPad software (You can test the programs you write on your Mac on the iPad though). You need a Mac and the XCode IDE to actually create iPad / iPhone applications. You can learn more about this at http://developer.apple.com/...apple.com/

Yeah sorry you can't use iPad for that… I would suggest you to take an online course called App Dev Secrets - there you will see what do you need to create iPad/iphone apps and the best part - how to monetize them! And trust me - you can monetize your apps really good if you know how to do it.

The course costs you exactly $1 - you will have full access to all parts for 1 month for this small fee… Read more info here http://app-dev-secrets.tk

Meanwhile back in the real world…

Yes. You can develop an app on the iPad.
