Can Apple Store restore new iphone from broken iphone?
Last week, my iPhone 5s suddenly stopped turning on so I got sent another phone. When I was setting it up, I tried to back it up from my itunes but it kept saying it got corrupted. Is there anyway that Apple can somehow restore all my stuff from my broken iPhone 5s (even though it won't turn on) to my new iPhone? I really hope I can because i have so much pictures and all on there.
Yes they can fix it for you, just send it in for repair. Warning! This will ERASE all memory.

- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.

My plus volume button on my iphone is not working. My local verizon store told me to go to an apple store to see if they will fix it. My question is do you people know if They will let me imididly upgrade to the iphone 5 without the full 199.99 price?
