Can Apple track your iPhone Safari history?
Yes, Apple legally can track your Iphone Safari history for development and bug fixes in the future.(That is there excuse). There used to be an option to turn off safari tracking but as I have now found out that they done away with that option. Now when you first setup and use your Iphone it will ask if you wish to enable Apple to view and track your safari history. As of now they can legally do that but there's an app you can download called called Ghostery… Ghostery.com to read more about it. I also found out in the new safari update there should be an option now in which you can try and get back with me to let me know if it worked but here is how to do that:
Go to Safari preferences, under advanced tab tick "show develop menu". Now under develop menu, select "Send do not track HTTP header".
Why they made it hard to find the option but this is how to enable the "do not track" feature in Safari 5.1.x
