Can Best Buy fix my iPhone 4s?

I have a protection plan that I completely forgot about. A couple months ago, my phone's power button got stuck/broke. I hadn't dropped it, I had it in a protective case. If they can't fix it, will they give me a new one? I checked their site, and it doesn't have an iPhone 4s on Virgin Mobile. Would they give me credit toward a new phone? I could probably convince my parents to chip in on a GS5. One last question, can I trade in a 16 GB iPad mini? I don't use it, and my parents won't let me sell it on eBay.

They probably will because it's a known issue by Apple. When my husbands did that we took it to Apple and they just gave him a new one. They said it's a known flaw that costs more to fix then it's worth so they gave him a new one on the spot and transferred everything over to the new one foe him, no charge.

Apple devices do have glitches they just don't make it public knowledge, you just experienced one of them.

If Best Buy won't fix it take it to Apple. No one will give you a credit to a newer model the 4s is still relatively new so it's fixable.

If your contract is up, then I don't know why anyone would use 4 or 4S since a new 4S is free on 2 year contract. You could also basically get iphone 5S almost free on a new contract or get a new 4S again plus credit.
