Can i bring my virgin mobile iphone 5 to the apple store to get it fixed?

I think my iphone might be broken and i think i need a new one and i wanna know if i can bring it to the apple store even if its from virgin mobile

You should be able to. I'm not sure if you would be able to get a phone activated with a specific carrier service at the apple store. But if the phone has a hardware or software problem then the apple store should be able to attempt a repair no matter the carrier service.
