No.
1. You aren't going to get a contract / upgrade discount at Sams unless you sign the contract right there. Since activation is free as part of the contract, you would activate the phone at the same time.
2. The cell phone departments at costco and sams are only sales departments, they are not customer service for any of the wireless companies. If you don't purchase from them, there's no way they can activate your phone.
- Why do people act like having an iPhone means you're part of the cool kid club? I've gotten so much attitude about not having the latest iPhone 6, I don't even have a phone. I'm in grade 9, so that annoys me, because legit everyone is my grade has an iPhone except for me… But I don't get why people think they're so popular and cool if they have an iPhone!
