Can I buy a non contract iPhone 5s from T-Mobile or Apple under 18 years old?

I'm interested in buying an iPhone upfront so that the entire cost of the phone is paid at once in a single transaction. Is it possible that I do so even though I'm slightly under 18? If I paid it upfront, I wouldn't have to sign a contract, right? (Because there would be no additional monthly fee for 2 years). Also, is it possible that I pay with cash or a debit card? And if I got an iPhone, could I still keep the same data/text plan? (It's part of a family plan).

You should be fine if you buy it outright, don't be afraid to call t-mobile customer service to get all the details before you actually buy.

If you want to be on your Family Plan and don't want to get your own plan, just get the phone outright without any plan from T-Mobile store or Apple store and you'll be fine. You can also get the phone from outside where you'll find it much cheaper than the retail. If you need iPhone 5S without contract cheaper than retail, mail me.

Paying that coin up front and then just putting it on your existing line on your family's account should be fine. You can set up at home as long as you get a sim card for it. Best luck.
