Can I buy an Iphone 6 on t-mobile in the US that will work on UK LTE networks?
Hi, I'm heading to the US for a week soon and I was considering buying an Iphone 6 in the US for use in the UK. I would ideally like this to work on UK LTE\4G networks. This will be considerably cheaper (even after sale-tax and vat is added).
I will not have a US Social security number, so I will have to buy off-contract (SIM Free). I believe T-mobile is the only way of buying a SIM free Iphone in the US, however the information in the weblink below is confusing as it currently lists t-mobile as a supplier of both the Model A1549 (probably will not work) and the Model A1586 (probably will work) in the US.

Can someone who has bought the phone on T-mobile on the US off contact from Apple confirm the Model number Iphone 6 they received?
If it is the incorrect model does anyone know of any way I could get a Model A1586 off-contact in the US, ideally from the Apple store?
You want model A1586 because it covers the extra LTE bands (38,39,40,41) which the "US/Canada" model does not include. You can't purchase this model in the US *unless* you also sign for service with Sprint, (a CDMA carrier) and even then the GSM part of the phone is not unlocked by default. Also T-mobile is NOT listed "… As a supplier of both the Model A1549 and 1586," check again.
- Will any Ireland Mobile Networks support L. T. E (4G) or iPhone 5? The question pretty much says it all. Does anyone know if any Irish networks (I know Vodafone and O2 are not) supporting LTE:4G data? Specifically for the iPhone 5. Leave the fanboy troll comments at the door, a simple yes/no specifics are what I'm after.
- Will an iPhone 6 Plus from USA work in the UK on UK networks? If my dad was to bring me back an iPhone 6 Plus from America (which is purchased from an Apple Store), will I have any issues using it on the 3 network in the UK? Will it just be as simple as putting my SIM card in and using it on 4G etc? Hope you can help, thanks!
- T-Mobile LTE to work with unlocked iPhone 5? I'm looking at buying the iPhone 5. I was wondering what bands T-Mobile will be using for their LTE. Also, it the iPhone 5 Unlocked compatible with their HSPA+ network?
- Is the iPhone 4s that you can purchase from T-Mobile for $450 4G LTE compatible? Went to T-Mobile today, and they will give me $80 for my iPhone 4S, but they will make me buy a new one for $450. I know my current one isn't 4G LTE capable, but I'm wondering if the $450 one is. I forgot to ask…
