Yes. Most of my kiddos have either an Iphone and/or an Ipod - one of my sons's is only 13, although he has a debit card - and they either use their pay-pal, debit card or cash and purchase an "I tuunes" card. These come in various incremments… You simply create an I tunes account, then enter the code on the Itunes card. I hope this helps you out. Should you need extra help, pretty much, any place that sells Itunes cards can assist you. Btw, the Itunes cards can be purchased at plases such as Wal-mart, K-mart, Sams Club, Walgreens, ect… Good fortune.
