Nope, it's always going to be green (outgoing bubbles and white incoming bubbles) but if you Jailbreak your iPhone you will be able to change your text bubble colors but this will void your warranty with Apple which means if you need to have your phone fixed/repaired they won't do it because you voided the warranty
