Can I downgrade from iOS 7 to 6.1.3 on my iPhone 4S?
If I can downgrade can someone please tell me how?
Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow it. It isn't possible.
There are some solutions on youtube. Find some files online which you can download via usb cable. Its the only way even if you restore it. But there are specific files for specific devices so make sure you get the right one.
