Can I downgrade to ios 6.1.4 on an iphone 5?

Sorry but you can't, the reason for this is that every time you install a new IOS apple will "sign" it to activate. They do this so people don't downgrade… Ofcourse they won't let you sign ios 7 or lower now… Which really frustrates me.
