Can I end a 3 year contract?
So I got a 3 year contract with telus in August for the Blackberry bold 9900. I don't like it as much as the battery dies pretty quickly and I've become more interested in the Iphone 5. I was wondering if I could buy the phone and that would make me able to end the contract because I got a good deal on the phone which was $50 or for free. I don't remember. But is there any way I could end the 3 year contract with telus?

You can end your contract and pay Telus whatever the penalty it is for early termination. You are not sharing the termination provisions with your question.
You should be able to end it but you will probably have to pay a fee to change the phones over. Just ask the company!
