Can I erase one iTunes library to replace it with another?

When I got my iPhone, I downloaded all my music from my old laptop onto the phone. The old laptop broke, so I plugged in my phone to this other laptop that my family keeps around the house and iTunes popped up with my moms old iTunes library. All of my music synced onto the same iTunes library but it also says its in the Cloud. I don't want my moms music on my phone, though.So, if I deleted all the music in the iTunes library as it is, would it delete all the music off of my phone?

  • Will deleting my iTunes library erase it from everything? I recently got an apple computer and have been switching everything over from my pc. Once done, I'm giving my old pc to someone else so I want to make sure none of my old stuff is on it. I have already imported my iTunes library to my apple computer so I want to get rid of it on the other one. If I delete all the music in the library on the windows, will it also delete from the mac and my other devices it's on? Like my iPod and phone?
