Can I get a gameboy color emulator on my iPhone 4S without jailbreaking it?
I would really prefer not to jailbreak my phone.
No, because without a jailbreak, you can't install anything from anywhere but the App Store, and there aren't any emulators on the App Store.
Check out an ios app called "slider puzzle" it's a hidden gbc player on the App Store by Danny Maddox, it's $2 though, look it up before you buy it
