Can I get an instagram on my laptop?
I don't have an iphone or android and don't have internet on my phone. I have a laptop and it has a camera built in. Is there any way I can get an instagram on my laptop or do I have to have an iphone or android phone or whatever?

you can comment on peoples photos that you're following, but you can't post pics
on your page
you'll need a cellphone or ipod touch/ipad 2/ipad mini to post pics on your IG

- How to post video to instagram from laptop? I do not have it in my Iphone camera roll anymore, although I have it in the "videos" app on my Iphone. But Instagram can't post from there, when I tap upload on Instagram the only choices I have are from camera or from camera roll, not anywhere else on the Iphone. Any help?
