Can I get my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed from Apple for free?

I bought an iPhone 7 Plus from sprint and I added the 17 dollar monthly insurance to it, Does anyone know if I'm supposed to take it to Apple to get the screen fixed? And will they do it for free or at a discounted price?

You contact the insurance you pay for to get it fixed. If you read the papers that came with the insurance coverage, they will explain the process, and how much you will have to pay (if any) out of pocket.

Apple doesn't do anything for free without court order. Apple also is not the insurance carrier, it is most likely Assurion. If you don't have the paperwork, call Sprint and ask them who your insurance carrier is and how to contact them, they will have both a website and a phone number.

If that insurance is AppleCare then there's a service fee for any physical damage claims. Most phone plans have some kind of deductible for any repairs not covered by the manufacturer warranty (as in defects, no physical damage).
