Your question makes no sense, do you expect Apple to give you another phone ontop of yours? Is yours damaged and you need a replacement?

If your phone is defective and it's within the original 1-year warranty, Apple will replace or repair it. A defect is something that is wrong with the phone as a result of manufacturing, so stuff like a dropped/cracked screen or water damage does not fall under that.
If you have AppleCare+, you can extend the warranty coverage and also have up to two replacements for accidental damage for a $79 deductible.
