Probably yes but it is better to do it yourself. It will most likely cheaper and faster. Order off new screen from ebay and watch how to do it on youtube.
Depending on stock, 1-2 weeks. Price $169-189. Please don't do it yourself. There are sensitive components that you might break, and doing so will break the terms of Apple's warranty. If you wanted to do it yourself, $100 is a reasonable estimate.
