Can I have an iphone without the internet?
I mean I want an iphone but can't afford the monthly pay for the internet access. Can I just have the iphone like any nomal phone and not with the internet.
Sure, you can have it on PAYG I guess? But no if you want contract you have to have the internet, it wouldn't be any cheaper if you say you don't want it

You don't have to have internet in order to have an iphone. Although some restaurants offer free Wi-Fi(internet access) like some McDonalds, Starbucks, etc.). Also, the iphone functions like a normal phone even without internet.
