Can i install Instagram without an iphone/ipod on my laptop?
I want to be able to take pics on my phone or webcam and upload them but can i use instragram to edit them etc… Without having an iphone/ipod or any apple software to install it onto

No, Instagram is an app that runs on IOSx, not on a computer.

It doesn't require an internet connection on the device and there's no certificate to allow in settings. I'm wanting to recreate this with a different app.
