Can I install iOS7 without having iOS 6.1.3 installed?

Okay hey guys I have an iPhone 5, and I was wondering if I could directly install iOS7 when it comes out, without installing the previous update (6.1.3).It would still work, right? I'm like jumping through the updates but will it work? Please, honest answers

IPhone are so basic, but they don't look like it too. Windows phones/Androids are way better.

  • Install cracked Apps, without Jailbreak. On a mac without Bootcamp So i spent the last 4.5Hours raping google for some sort of solution but failed:/ As said in the title i need to know a way to install cracked apps on a non-jailbroken iphone 5. I'm on a mac so 25pp & Koaeyang etc won't work. Usually one could use parallels but because i have problems with the bootcamping i need an alternative! Please Help; i'm not sure what else to do! <3<3<3
