Can I keep my old texts if I get a different iPhone?
I have an iPhone 4s but it broke completely so I'm getting an iPhone 1… Yeah it sucks. Anyways will I be able to view my old texts on the iPhone 1 and see the texts I've missed this week from now having it?

I know it sucks! I had the exact same problem but now i have the iPhone 2 until like… Febuary! But once I switched over I had zero texts, and msgs. So I couldn't see the ones from the day before.
Try going to an apple service center, maybe they can access your broken iphone memory and are able to recover your smses, and transfer it to your new phone. If this doesn't work then there's nothing you can do, but lesson learned never leave your sms and contacts without backing them up regularily, I have an android phone and I use a free app to backup what's important and simply restore it to another phone if I need to.
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- My iPhone five broke? How can I forward texts to a different device? My iPhone 5 broke about a week ago. I have insurance on it but it still costs 200$ to replace and I don't feel like I need a new one that bad to pay 200$. I would rather spend 200$ on other stuff. However, I do have an itouch which allows me to text through my email/iMessage stuff but I don't receive texts that are texted to my number on it so is there a way I can like forward all the messages I've probably been getting on my broken phone to my iPod imessage thing?

I'm on a tarrif where i get unlimited text 150 mins and 250mb of data (Vodafone) and i was texting my mother and all of a sudden my texts wouldnt send and then my network went it came up no service on my phone ( i'm using an iphone 3gs i don't care about what phone i have as long as i have one lol ) then my network came back on and i have my internet and my calls but don't have my texts can anyone help me to sort this out
- Is it a prank if I keep getting texts from different iphone numbers? I thought it's someone I know trying to talk to me but how can they use different iphone numbers because the message is coming as an imessage? I'm so confused. Is there a possibility to use imessage without having an iphone or use some sort of apps that give numbers that come as imessages?
