Can I learn how to make iPhone apps?
No real programming experience, looking for a good place to start.

"How to make an app" is one of the most frequently asked questions on here, ever.
Exhaust the search bar at the top and google, understand that programming an app is not really that different from creating a desktop computer program, maybe take a look at http://www.codecademy.com/tracks/javascript to learn some programming basics and come back when you have a real question.
To make an app you need a mac, and xcode and knowledge of C or to be precise objective C which apps are written in.
Kids have taught themselves using nothing but youtube videos. I suggest you do the same (but you will need a mac and xcode. Second hand mac 2010+ is only about $400 and the dev from apple is $99 a year, get used to writing apps before paying.
