Can i move the music on my iphone to a different itunes?

I have music on it from a old computer and i have itunes on my laptop. I want to put new music on my iphone with my laptop but i don't know how if it can be done at all. I don't want to lose all my current music. Can this be done? If so how?

Try a USB flash drive. You drag your library the files from your itunes and it copies the files onto the flash drive. That's how I always Transfer music onto my itunes. Be sure the flash drive has enough space to fit all of your music in it.

I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?

Okay i have a usb and copied my music from my old computer onto the usb.plugged it into my new computer and dragged and dropped all the songs to my new computers itunes. It was playing the songs until i unplugged the usb, then it said it couldnt locate the song file or whatever. I'm trying to move my music from my iTunes library into my iPhone, but for some reason, the device won't appear on the side like it usually does (when you plug in a normal ipod/itouch, the device appears on the side where the library, store, playlists, and genius categories are located).So I can't move any music because it won't come up… Help?
