CAN I PUBLISH A DRAWING OF AN APPLE PRODUCT?
It's not too detailed… It's basically of a band I like and they're using an iphone.

I think you seriously misunderstand what copyright laws cover.
Drawing someone using an identifiable brand does not infringe copyright. If you were to draw someone using a product and inferring that the product was dangerous or could be used to commit crime, for examples, you might be sued, but not under copyright law.
It should be fine since you drew it, as long as you aren't using their actual logo or something like that… And its just your own drawing and not using something else picture etc.
Generally yes. Andy Warhol did not get Campbell Soup's permission to do his Campbell Soup Can paintings and since he wasn't selling soup it was considered non-infringing. Just don't sell a rival product with your drawing.
- Why won't YouTube let me publish videos from my iPhone? Everytime I try and upload a video from my iPhone. It does the "Preparing Video" and about halfway through a message appears saying the video couldn't be published. I just tried uploading a video that shows how to get the "Super Perks" and "Beauty of Annihilation" Easter egg on Call of Duty: Black Ops zombies mode. The video is 19:06 minutes long. I know it will post because I've seen 40 minute long videos.
