Please READ. Is it possible to swap sim cards for like a day and not have erased their emails, texts, etc? I know i can put my sim in but can I do it without deleting their stuff?
Yes you can do it quickly or slowly. However fast you want it.
On a more serious note, you can swap sim cards without deleting anything. However the incoming text messages for the day will go to the appropriate sim card. Emails which require login, data service will still populate to their individual phone. Current emails are stored on their respective phones.

The phone will store all data locally (inside it's own memory) not externally, so removing the SIM card will not affect the data (photos, texts, emails, apps, music, ext) stored in your phone.
