Can I recover lost pictures from my iphone?
I updated it via the computer. I was updating from the iphone 4. I'm not sure if it backed up or not. The computer fell asleep while restoring the iphone so now it restarted. I was able to get on for a split second and it restarted everything so I believe all of the pictures are lost. Is there a way to recover them if they are? I didn't have the option of of icloud so I wasn't able to back up from that. I did click back up from itunes but I don't think it completely backed everything up.
As far as I know (someone can correct me if I'm wrong) it's not possible to recover iPhone pictures without a backup - not even with recovery software!
That said, most people make backups without them realizing it, because iTunes takes an automatic-backup, when the iPhone is plugged into the PC/Laptop/Mac.
