Depends on what the store policy is for refunds. If as it has been where I buy phones, everything that came in the box "MUST" be in the box to refund or exchange the phone (this includes all paperwork). No refunds without original recipient (exchange or store credit only).
The place you bought your phone may have a different return/refund policy, and may charge a restocking fee for electronics that are not defective.
