No. They are absolutely not interchangeable due to different phone hardware specifications.
You can be certain that if they were interchangeable then Apple would not list them as separate parts, because manufacturing and supplying a single common battery would reduce their production and supply costs.
The 6 and 6s have far more differences internally than you'd guess from looking at the exterior.
