Can I report this to the police?
Back in February someone stole my Iphone 5 and I knew who it was because they were dumb enough to answer when I called from a friends phone and she was the last person by my stuff before it got stolen.
It got stolen during practice up at my high school and I called the cops (my mom forced me too I know it was stupid) and even though I knew who took it all they did was file a report and they didn't even look at the security footage even thought the camera was pointing RIGHT AT MT STUFF
Well, today I was on Instagram and I saw that the girl made one. I looked at her profile and she was using a white Iphone 5, and it had the EXACT same crack as my iphone in the exact same spot.
Is it too late to report it?
You can report it and take her to "small claims" court (Judge Judy style) and you'll have a fair chance of getting your phone back, but don't pin your hopes on it.
What you should have done was to stand six feet away from her and dial up your phone with someone else's, and then it would start ringing in her bag - caught red handed.
Yes you can. Tell her parents that she stole your iPhone and if they do not give it back file a report and if the police do not help you can sue her in small claims court for the amount the iphone cost and buy a new one.

Factory locked can be unlocked for like $75 but user locked can't be unlocked. When i took it to store it was user locked and i can't use it anymore.
