Can I restore or update unlocked iPhone 4s without deleting the unlock?

My iPhone was locked with AT&T and I unlocked it for 70$ at a shop (the unlock is not with the Gavey sim card it took 1 day) and I wonder if I could update or restore my iPhone and the unlock will still be existing on the iPhone (I wonder if I restore the iPhone the unlock will not delete and I could still be on my career not with AT&T

So the unlock will not be deleted if I restore or update my iPhone?

If you go to iTunes on your computer you can hit back up files and you can choose what you what to save and delete. If you don't have iTunes take the charger and plug it into your computer and iTunes will pop up it would be better to update your phone and then click phone and back it up then restore and put the files you backed up onto your phone and you will have your unlock on you phone.

You must go for a i phone specialist unless you will fall in a problem which will sustain in future and you will suffer then you would get and solve the problem.

It will delete the unlock if your update.

You need to use redsn0w to preserve the unlock. You need to create a custom iOS firmware to retain the unlock by downloading the latest redsn0w. Once downloaded you need to click extras and find preserve baseband. Never restore or you can potentially mess up the baseband
