Can I return an apple charger at Rite Aid?

I forgot my charger at home and currently not at home and got nothing to do for the next 5 hours. My iphone is less than 10% and I went to rite aid which is the only store around and a charger cable + a wall plug costs $24.99… I bought the wire and a plug for $4.99 together somewhere else plus I don't really need this one. So at the end of the day can I return it at Rite Aid and get a full refund if I open it and use it? It's not too necessary but would be better, and I'm wasting my battery as I'm writing this too. Lol

Well they are not renting it to you they are selling it to you. Using it then returning it just because you left your charger at home is pathetic. The packaging is now ruined and the item is no longer new, it is used. What makes you feel entitled to borrow cost free a charger from them? People acting as if others always owe them is a horrible trend. You need a charger buy it, otherwise just deal with the battery dying and recharge it when you get home. A few hours with an iphone will not kill you.
