Can I return an iphone charger at Target?
I got an iPhone charger at Target two days ago. I opened it today and it doesn't fit in my phone (I didn't realize it was for a 4 and I have a 4s). So I didn't really use it, but the box is torn because I had trouble opening it carefully (also didn't think I'd be returning it because it looks like my old charger).
Target is pretty far away and I don't want to go and find out I can't, so that's why I'm asking. I know I could call but it's after midnight and I'd like to know now before I go tomorrow morning.
(Side question: Do I return it at the customer service desk? Sorry, I've never done a return before).
Most places you have 14 days for technology I'd take it n with the receipt another option is asking them to re print it or just exchange it
Yes my dear you can return it to Target. You have your receipt, correct? If not, you may have a problem since it is open. They still may give you store credit if you don't have the receipt. Depends on management.
Yes, take your item & your receipt to customer service & your refund will go back on your card or if you paid cash, they will give you cash back

- Got a $30 iPhone charger from target with a lifetime warranty? I got a $30 'Just Wireless 10ft Extended USB Cable' for my iPhone 5s about a month ago and it already broke. However i do not have the receipt. Can i take the broken product to target without the receipt and exchange it for a new one?
