Can I return an iPhone charger to Walmart?

This is what I really hate about Walmart. They always sell stuff as if it's new! I really needed a new charger for my phone yesterday, so when I got home, I asked my dad if her could take me to Walmart. They only had one charger that would work with my iPhone 4S. It looked like someone yanked it off one of those things where you have to ask a worker to get it for you, but I really needed it since I didn't have working chargers at home. It's a Griffin one. I noticed that the fat end part of it snapped open easily, and I disliked that, but I couldn't find super glue. I mean, even if I did, I don't think it's suppose to do that.

well I was trying to adjust myself on my bed, and it open without me noticing it, and one of the red wires broke off!

can I return it? I didn't rip open the box. I opened it without damaging it, and even kept the stickers on the sides.

I know it's used since the little thing that locks it where they're hanged at the store was in there.

what a waste of $20

Yes you can. Go to walmart with the receipt and tell them that when you got home the charger was defective.

Sure, bring it back with the receipt and the packaging. Be calm when you talk to them. Just tell them calmly what happened. They'll swap it.
