Can I revise positive feedback to negative on eBay?

Bought an iphone case on ebay. I left positive feedback right away because shipping was very fast. However, when I put the case on my phone it completely blocks my signal. Is there any way I can revise my positive feedback since the product is completely defective?

Once you don't it you can't change it, sorry but you can contact eBay and get a refund probably

I happen to know you can't change your original comment but you can make a new one at least if they haven't changed the rules.

Curious, what is the case made of? I find that very odd indeed and am intrigued to look into it. Could you provide a link to the actual product in question? I would be very interested as there are very few things that can block the signal like that, in fact it would have to be designed to do just that.

Nope. This happened to me once. I even contacted Ebay Customer Support, but they said that there's nothing you can do once you posted feedback. However, you can add a comment that will be added to the bottom of your feedback… Which is better than nothing. Hope this helps

  • What's the point of photo negative on the iPhone? Like when you press the home button three times and it goes negative, what's the point of this feature?
  • They say to stay positive no matter what happens in life but how could I when I'm living with negative thinking people? Such as my parents. Which really can't be helped, they are really stubborn people. And I'm still a student, can't afford to live on my own yet. I wear airpods all the time to block out their negative energy. They moan about stuffs all the time
  • Give me feedback on my business idea? Ok so I'm 15 and my idea is to bulk buy some skins for a range of digital devices (xbox one, ps4'iphones, blackberry, computers and tablets) these skins would be almost a kind of tattoo that is stylish on a device, I would sell them using cost plus pricing Alternatively, what about a disc repairing service it would have to be very cheap and I'd have to buy refills often
  • Is negative ions bad for electronic equipment? I have purchased a negative ion emitter and it is supposed to be arriving next week, but when I researched more about these units and about negative ion itself, some studies have shown that ionizers can induce a static charge on nearby objects, so will this destroy my computers (a desktop and a notebook) ? My iPhone? My other electronic devices?
