Can I SIM Unlock my jailbroken iPhone 4s with a Cydia source?

My friend gave me her old iPhone 4s after she got the iPhone 5s but she has AT&T and I have T-mobile. I have the original AT&T SIM card and a T-mobile micro SIM that fits in the iPhone. Is there a Cydia source that I can get that will unlock it? OR any other FREE way to unlock it?

The unlock with cydia works works only to iPhone3g and 3gs, for 4s you can try and ask your friend maybe to use the unlock request form from at&t page, and if his account does not have unpaid bills should be able to unlock it for free:

If not will have to pay for the unlock and either get a gevey sim, or even better unlock it permanently for a fee starting at around 45$
