Can I still use iphone 5 with ios 10 in 2017?
What would happen if you still use iphone 5 installed with ios 10 in 2017? Does all apps in Apps Store only supported ios 11? Will it become slow. Does it useable in 2017 or 2018 perhaps?

IPhone 5 is "officially" compatible with iOS 10. It will tend to slow down generally, because iPhone 5 is way too old for the newer iOS releases. Note though, that your iPhone 5 will NOT be compatible with iOS 11, about to be released. Compatibility STARTS from iPhone 5s.
Yes you can still use iOS 10/iPhone 5 fine. Some apps may require iOS 11, but most wouldn't.

I also have a MacBook so I know that if I get an iPhone It will work good with it.

It doesn't have 3D Touch, (which I don't like), and it's the perfect size. All the phone after the 6S are bad in my opinion.
