Can I sue apple? My iPhone exploded?

I was charging my iPhone 5 and then the fucking screen flew off and I hear hissing and flames and **** start flying everywhere in my room and now my room smells like electrical fire and its all smokey and my iPhone is outside cause I threw that ************

Sure.

If you want to sue Apple, you need to go outside and get the phone, which is evidence. You'll also need one hell of a lawyer to take on the battle-hardened Apple legal brigade. A better idea would be to contact Apple and see if they have made provisions to compensate those who have had this problem, which is rare, but not unheard of.

You can try but more than likely the contract you signed stipulates you can only use binding arbitration which means Apple will hire an arbitrator and you'll be stuck with their decision. The decision will probably be a refurbished phone and a can of air freshener for your room if you're lucky.

No suing apple will not work and you will be countersued.

You may already be a member of a class action suit vs apple bc of that defective, dangerous phone.

and if you sued in small claims apple likely not appear so you'd win by default.

having witnesses would help.
