Can I sue? The restaurant or the company of the app?

I have just got an app for my iPhone and it's a restaurant finder app, I found a restaurant and it says afternoon tea £24.95, so I booked a table for 4 and it doesn't state per person, there's some on there that say per person but I went with this one thinking £24.95 for 4 is really good. Now there saying its per person what can I do

You can sue for anything. Whether you will get laughed out of court with a bill for court costs is another.

Your claim is irrational and unless you have reason to believe you were deliberately deceived, you have no case. Just because it doesn't say "per person", what would lead you to believe that it would be otherwise? Are restaurants in your country more likely to charge by the table rather than by the person? Were you thinking you could invite 100 people in, set them at a table, and have them all served tea for 24.95?

Cancel the booking, but usually if all the others are charging a given price, how likely is it some place is going to charge the same price for unlimited people? If you have already drank your tea, then pay.

Seriosuly you thougjht it was 24.95 for four people? Really? Sure you can sue them… It will cost enough for tea for 1000 people and you will not wing but sure sue them.

Take a lesson.

You can sue a ham sandwich if you want, but it may cost you 5K to get it started, gets thrown out before it even gets to court because its so stupid, and your money is gone.
