Can I sue Verizon or usps or both? Honestly?

Can I sue these aholes and if so who! Verizon had a freaking damn promo to trade in old iPhone for credit or cash and I did it. I received the box and put the phone inside. Now usps lost my box and now I have nothing but a sticker as proof of a box with my phone. I called and filed a claim with usps and they said don't have no info on my tracking info. Well duh! I've been trying to track it myself! I decided to call them and they said we'll have an investigation on it right away. 5-10 minutes later I get an email saying they can't help me because their is no tracking number. I thought it was a email saying that they were looking into it. So today I called them and they said it was already handled. I said when and why wasn't I told? They did not find the package and I was even more angry and told the woman off saying that's handled? I feel schemed and I'm very pissed off. I handed my iPhone in mint condition with a case as well… With trust to these aholes so I can be credited and instead I got robbed. Mind you the professionals and Verizon had the damn nerves to tell me that I should've dropped it at the post office instead of the mailbox. The nerves of these aholes! Please let me know if I can sue. The only honest to god proof I have is a little sticker with a tracking number from usps…

You can sue anybody. You can also spit into the wind.

You being able to track and USPS not makes no sense. Anyway a lawyer starts at about $150 an hour. Knock yourself out.

Your bad. You should've taken the box to the post office and had the box insured. You can sue but by this one statement in the second sentence, questions will begin to arise. Like how did you get a tracking number from USPS from a mailbox? AH-HA! You've been lawyered.

I don't believe you have a clue what it means " to sue"

You can sue anyone for anything. In your case you have no chance of winning.

Until the package was scanned into the system, there's nothing to track. Since you put it in your mailbox, where anyone could have owned it and taken it out (unless you meant a post office drop box), then you are at fault that it never got into the Usps system.

Whenever I have ever sent anything away for trade, warranty work or replacement, I have always… Always… Always, gotten a receipt to prove it got into the hands of the shipper used. All you have is a return sticker, you can't prove anything was ever actually shipped. Other than your word, and that would not be enough to get a lawyer to take your case.

Sue Verizon butthole

  • Would this honestly be awkward? I can't deny I have strong feelings for my guy friend (best friend to me.) This is kinda random-but I miss him much we both go to college-we have hung out a lot since but now it's been awhile. Having his picture as my wallpaper on my iPhone helps me get through those days. It's one of him looking up and smiling while laying back down I cropped the photo from one of his youth outings. How would he react if he accidentally saw that on my iPhone?
  • Why should everything revolve around america? Honestly from music to tech? So i was watching iggy and rita ora on ryan seacrest! Both moved to usa why do they have to? The apple iphone is so regarded even though there better phones out there! Gumbal is a uk type event but why should it start in LA?! I have been to america! Id rather europe is a better place! No hate towards america tho! And everybody wants to study in america?
  • Which iPhone should I get & which one is honestly the best? I have used and bought a lot of apple products but this will be my first time getting an iPhone since almost EVERYONE has one now. I really want to try. So now that the iPhone 5 came out… Which iPhone is the BEST? -iPhone 4 -iPhone 4s Or -iPhone 5? I've been hearing that iPhone 5 isn't as great as they make it seem, is that true? If it's not then should I get the iPhone 4 or 4s?
  • Water damage and opening iPhone 5c both puts it out of warranty, so do both? If having water damage in your iPhone 5c means you aren't covered by warranty, is it acceptable to open it and try to fix it as opening it also means it isn't covered by warranty. Therefore if you can't fix it yourself, apple can still take it out of warranty?
