Can I unlock/jailbreak a sprint iPhone 4S to switch it to T-Mobile?

If you aren't under contractor maybe you can unlock it?
Petsonaly I would never go back to T Mobille service sucked customer service isn't any good and every time you make changes you renewing your contract
