Can I switch SIM card between android and iPhone on AT&T?
Ok so I have an AT&T HTC one x. I really like the phone but some days I feel like using an iPhone. If I bought the new iPhone 5c off contract, would I be able to freely switch the SIM card between phones? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Even if it would work, it would be a bad idea.
SIM cards aren't designed to take abuse;
they are intended to be left in one device essentially permanently.
Removing and inserting the card according to your daily whims
would probably quickly result in it becoming nonfunctional,
in which case you wouldn't be able to use either phone.
If you like using two different phones,
set them both up properly so that you can just
grab the one you prefer at the moment and go.
Would the same apply for going form the htc one x to an iPhone 4? I don't plan on going back and forth but I want to switch permanently.
- If I want to switch back and forth between iPhones is it as simple as moving the SIM card from one to the other? Both iPhones have only been used with my number on AT&T and I want to temporarily switch from one to the other and then, eventually, back.
- Can you switch your sim card between two iPhone 4? I'm having AT&T service. My friend said I can't switch the sim card between 2 iPhone 4 if I don't unlock either one. Is that true?
- Can you switch the iPhone 4 SIM card with an iPhone 4S SIM card? My mom has an iPhone 4S for sprint and I have an iPhone 4 for AT&T. Is it possible to switch SIM cards?
- Can you switch sim cards between iphones and blackberry? My blackberry just completely died on my screen won't even turn on. My cousin from France offered to let me use her iphone 4 while she is here for the next month and a bit. Can I just switch my sim card and put it into her iphone? Do I have to tell my carrier (telus)? Is there any other options?
