Can I sync music not purchased in iTunes to ICloud?
We recently received a new computer and in the transfer I missed a few files containing some of my music (about 1200 songs approx.) the music is still on my iPhone, I'm just concerned that when I sync my phone with my computer I will lose all of that music. I thought iCloud would be a good way to back up my music, but I think iCloud only covers music purchases via iTunes, if this is true any suggestions as to how I can save my music and get it back on my computer through my phone… Or any other way? (other than repurchasing my music over again.)

No, you can't transfer not purchased stuff to icloud, but third-party transfer can help.generally they can help transfer files from ios devices to pc, so you can try to use that kind of software to backup files. I have tried istonsoft iphone to pc transfer and it works pretty good.
