Can I take a phone to the apple store for repair if I bought it second hand?
I've bought an iPhone X second hand from somebody online. The back is cracked so I purchased it for quite a lot cheaper than it's worth. The back camera works fine despite the crack and so does the front camera.
However I'm having an issue with Face ID and it's saying I can't set it up but I ran the serial number and the phone is still under hardware warranty.
Even though I didn't purchase the phone will I still be able to take it to apple for a repair.
Sure, as long as it is not stolen.
Apple does not care who they Over-Charge, as long as the product is not stolen.
You wouldn't be able to get it repaired from warrenty. You'd have to pay for the repair simply because of the damage. They will directly attribute it to the condiction of the phone
Ok
I don't see why not.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- IPhone 4s second hand, or new Android phone for less than 250 dollars? These 2 options would both cost me around 200 dollars, so I'm not sure which one to pick… If you have a good phone in your mind suggest it.
